About Utsaav

We provide a convenient online platform for sending a wide range of gifts from India to Australia. Our service allows you to choose gifts and have them delivered to your loved ones in Australia.

We offer a variety of gifts through in the shape of various hampers. You can curate your own hamper too.

Yes, you can include a personalized message with your gift. You can add your message during the checkout process, and it will be included with the gift.

Orders & Payments

Placing an order is simple. Browse through our website, select the gift you want to send, add any personalization details, provide the recipient’s address, and proceed to checkout to make the payment.

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website.

Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to the processing of your order.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and various digital wallets. International payment options like PayPal are also available.

If your gift arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per our policy.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Generally, it takes 5-7 business days for standard delivery. Some products may offer expedited shipping options.

Currently, we do not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery for our shipments. We recommend placing your order well in advance for timely delivery.

If the recipient is not available, our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the gift on the next business day. If multiple delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.

Delivery can only be scheduled for Australia. No international delivery is possible. Shipping charges (for Australia) are included in the hampers cost. If you would like any express delivery -feel free to let us know and we will try our best to incorporate that.
